My name is Sharon Marchand, new to Dallas Fall 2023…from Beaumont, TX where I was in private practice for over 20 years (and still practice for one week each month!). We LOVE Dallas! I’m thrilled to meet new patients and share my passion for medical dermatology. I prioritize thorough, unrushed evaluation with emphasis on keenly listening, finding resourceful individualized treatment, and, crucially, ensuring that my patients really understand what we covered. Born a Texan, I grew up in New Orleans where I attended the Academy of the Sacred Heart, Tulane University in the Sophie Newcomb School, LSU Medical School, with residency in the LSU Department of Dermatology. I love to garden, play Rummikub, and watch Dateline…I’m too chatty at times, and often blunt. Enough about me, please come introduce yourself!

Amber Mims is a firecracker, a steel trap of memories, and an old soul with unmatched loyalty and dedication to patients. She has long committed herself to easing the stress, inefficiency, and frustration too often encountered by patients as they seek healthcare solutions. She has worked alongside Dr. Marchand since 2010 through three locations and twice as many hurricanes. Amber goes by the nickname MGM, and if you meet her she’ll tell you how come.
