  • Procedure used to remove a small sample of skin for further analysis and includes the placement of a stitch

Acne Injections $150

  • Use of intralesional Kenalog to rapidly calm acne bumps

Injections of Kenalog (non-Acne)

  • $175 for first three

  • $50 for each additional

Liquid Nitrogen (Cryosurgery) – starting at $150

  • Use of liquid nitrogen to freeze benign (warts, keratoses) and precancerous skin lesions (actinic keratoses).

  • $150 per 10 lesions

Skin Tag Removal – starting at $200 (10 skin tags)

  • Removal of skin tags using various options (liquid nitrogen, snip removal, etc.)

  • Solitary annoying skin tag $45

Skin Surgery: Excisions – starting at $550

Surgical treatment of a benign or malignant skin lesion (skin cancer, lipoma, cyst, etc.). This includes the excision procedure, repair with stitches, and subsequent suture removal. We can send your insurance information to the pathology lab.

  • Simple: $550

  • Intermediate: $780

  • Complex: $920

Malignant Lesion Destruction $325

The use of one of a modality (electrodessication and curettage, cryosurgery, or other) to treat a skin cancer.

KOH $50

A simple diagnostic procedure used to identify fungal infections of the skin, hair or nails.

Incise & Drain $180

Drainage of an inflamed cyst/boil.
