Direct-Care Dermatology in Dallas and Beaumont, TX

In modern medicine, finding the actual cost of a doctor’s visit is often impossible. At Rash Decisions Dermatology, I believe you deserve better. I have removed the "middleman" of insurance to provide a Direct-Care model that prioritizes the patient-physician relationship over paperwork.

Why I Choose Direct-Care

By opting for a direct-care model, I (Dr. Sharon Marchand) can spend more time with you and less time on insurance billing. This means:

  • No Hidden Fees: You know the cost before you ever step into the exam room.

  • No Insurance Hurdles: No waiting for prior authorizations or "out-of-network" surprises.

  • Wholesale Value: We pass the savings of reduced administrative overhead directly to you.

Our Commitment to the No Surprises Act

While many medical practices struggle with billing transparency, Rash Decisions is proud to lead the way in total adherence to the No Surprises Act. We believe that transparency is a rare but essential component of ethical healthcare.

You will always receive a Good Faith Estimate before your appointment. This federal protection ensures that you are protected from unexpected medical bills, allowing you to focus on your health, not your bank account.
